Your standard SMA agreement provides you technical support Monday-Friday during AMBPAC's listed business hours. If you require support after hours, the charge is as follows:
SMA customers in other time zones receive urgent support 8-5 Local Time without charge.
SMA Customers: $125 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Non-SMA Customers: $250 per hour (2 hour minimum)
